The agreement between a couple and Forever Stories when they create a wedding website.

1. The agreement

   These terms are between you and registered business name, which operates Forever Stories. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

   • You must be 18 or over and give a mobile number you control. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to it.
   • Keep your phone and codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by people you invite to help manage it.

3. What you get

   • You can build your wedding website and preview it free of charge.
   • A one-time payment for the package you choose, at the price shown on the pricing page on the day you pay, unlocks sending personal invitation links to your guests, within that package’s limits (such as the number of guest links). One link counts per guest or family, not per head.
   • The optional Memories and photographer add-on lets guests and your photographer share photographs for a limited time after the wedding, within the storage limit shown on the pricing page.
   • Prices may change for new purchases. A price you have already paid does not change.

4. Your content

   • Names, stories, photographs and guest details you add remain yours. You allow us to store, display and process them only to provide your wedding website.
   • You confirm you have the right to use what you upload, and permission from guests to add their contact details and send them invitations.
   • Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break this rule.

5. Guests

   A guest who opens an invitation link may view it, reply, and, where the couple has turned on Memories, upload their own photographs. Guests must not share another person’s invitation link or upload anything the couple would not want on their wedding website.

6. Designs

   The six designs, their illustrations, animations and code belong to Forever Stories. You may use them for your own wedding website and for printed cards that carry your invitation code, but not copy them for another service.

7. Messages

   We prepare each guest’s personal message and link; you send it from your own WhatsApp, on your phone or WhatsApp Web, so it arrives from a number your guests already know. Sign-in codes are sent by SMS. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, the mobile networks and each guest’s phone, so we cannot guarantee every message arrives. Your dashboard shows which links have been opened.

8. How long your website stays online

   Your wedding website remains available until number months after the wedding date. We will remind you before it is taken offline so you can download what you want to keep.

9. Availability and liability

   We work hard to keep Forever Stories available, especially close to wedding days, but occasional interruptions can happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your wedding website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

10. Ending the agreement

    You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where it is safe to do so. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

11. Law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If a problem arises, please contact us first at support email; most things are resolved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts of Colombo.

12. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. If a change affects couples with an active wedding website, we will tell them before it applies.
